The Will of the People has Prevailed!

Thank you all for signing up to be a part of the Education Advocates Coalition for Kari Lake, we are thrilled to have you!

This has been a particularly busy week with the attempted disruption of the Universal ESA expansion that should have taken effect September 24, 2022. Despite Save Our Schools’ (SOS) failed attempt to postpone the will of the people once again by submitting signatures knowing they did not meet the minimum required to refer their petition to the ballot, the will of the people has prevailed!

MORE GREAT NEWS! The Arizona Department of Education (ADE) has extended the application deadline for Quarter 1 funding to October 10, 2022 due to a high volume of parents trying to apply. If you haven’t already, APPLY TODAY on the ADE website for the ESA.

This demonstrates that the people of Arizona are waking up to the reality that the SOS and other activists are not here to Save Our Children — they are here to save the system.

On another note, there are three exciting events I would love our Coalition members to attend.

  • October 15th where I will join a panel to discuss State’s Rights and government overreach. This discussion will include Title 9 and its implication on our state’s ability to maintain its sovereignty against the federal government mandates that conflict with state law. This will also include the federal government school funding and the strings they attach to the funding.

  • October 17th , myself and our Education Advocates Coalition will be joining Senator Nancy Barto to discuss the latest developments with ESAs as well as a discussion on her successful passage of SB 1165 which went into effect this week banning students from competing in schools sports of their opposite sex. Please RSVP is have haven’t already.

It is important we all stay educated and engaged, especially as we are approaching the general elections. Remember to support your local school board candidates. This is the last stretch so please help them in their fight. For a list of trusted school board candidates please visit my AZ SCHOOL BOARD CANDIDATES webpage.

Lastly, a friendly reminder to upload whatever “evidence” you have of assignments, books, classroom video, surveys etc. to our Making the Case webpage and take a look at the Transparency Portal that is already being populated with the proof to show what is truly happening in our Arizona classrooms.

Looking forward to seeing you all soon!
